Who is responsible

SNACKD, based in Sweden, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at cravings@snackd.se with any privacy question or request.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and order details. When you join the list or use a form: your email address and anything you write to us. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (necessary to perform our contract with you), to keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to send you news about SNACKD if you signed up (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the shop: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and shipping carriers. They process data on our instructions. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for seven years as required by Swedish bookkeeping rules. Email signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. Email cravings@snackd.se and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
