Who we are

This website is operated by SNACKD, a fragrance brand based in Sweden. You can reach us at cravings@snackd.se for anything related to your order or these terms.

Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT. An order is binding once you complete payment and receive an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is sold out or if a price or product description is clearly incorrect.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe, including card payments and Klarna. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping

Shipping within Sweden costs 49 kr, and is free on orders of 499 kr or more. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase. Email cravings@snackd.se to start a return. Products must be returned unused and with the seal intact; for hygiene reasons we cannot accept fragrances that have been opened or used. You pay the return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty items and complaints

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping. Swedish consumer law applies, and you may also take a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
